PRIVACY

 Your privacy is extremely important to us so we do not share your contact information with any third parties.  

Please read T&C's carefully before booking any of our services or purchasing products. 

TREATMENTS

Clients must be over the age of 18, children under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian book and remain present for the full session. 

• 25% deposit, non-refundable and non-transferable, required on bookings so please choose your treatments and/or products carefully. 
•  In the event you cannot attend your session you may opt to gift that session (date and time) to another person, provided we are notified of the change. 
• Respect others; please be on time for your appointment. If you, ‘the Client’, are late, your appointment will finish at the original scheduled time, and the full session fee will be charged. 
• Prices and treatments are subject to change without notification. 

Energy Treatments in all forms are natural hands-Off and/or On, energy therapy, whereby the practitioner transfers ‘universal energy’ through their palms to encourage emotional and/or physical healing. 

Energy Therapies of all kinds are NOT a classified as a medical treatment and does not diagnose illness nor is it used to prescribe medical care.

Ki Harmony Aus (and practitioners) takes no responsibility, should you (the Client) experience any real, or perceived, emotion or illness, and encourage you to seek medical advice from a licenced medical practitioner should you deem it necessary.

• Gift Vouchers remain valid to the value they were purchased for and may be put towards treatment / reading, if a price rise has been incurred. 

READINGS

As an Intuitive Reader, readings, or messages, are driven by guidance from Spirit and our Guides. 

Readings are prescriptive and not about predicting the future. They reflect your current energy and provide guidance to support you in the present. They are always provided in good faith and with honest representation of what is coming through, so you get what I am given – my promise to you is; “It may not be what you ‘Want’ but it will be what you ‘Need’."  All readings are conducted in a safe environment and the information is kept confidential. Ki Harmony Aus (and readers) takes no responsibility of interpretation or misrepresentation of messages you, ‘the Client’, receive. 

We do not judge or debate the information. 

Readings may include Oracle or Tarot card decks, Essential Oils and/or Crystals.

• By email – Requirements: a clear face only (where possible) photo and first name of person to be read – a time slot will be scheduled and reading emailed by a designated time - Full payment is required prior to the reading. 

All readings are non-transferable, non-refundable upfront payment.

*Sunday readings are available on arrangement and incur a 15% surcharge.
