This training is the first step into understanding the significance of your backstory and the importance of balancing the Energy within - whether you intend to pursue a life within Reiki or not.

Commitment to Self – Making a genuine commitment to ‘self,’ is no easy feat. Learning to engage and understand your Energy, is the first step to truly awaken what lies within.
Connection to Self - Understanding who you are and where you came from, without judgment, opens you up to embracing your own Energy to heal those deeper layers.
Open Mind and Heart - Each session is met with an open mind and heart, free from assumptions or judgment, creating a safe and nurturing space for you to explore, heal, and grow.
This level I Reiki training is not for the faint of heart, and while it is the first step into potentially becoming a practitioner, more importantly, it is the first step into discovering who you really are and what lies beneath – for how can you expect to support and treat others if you cannot support and treat yourself?

' What’s an Oracle Card' , you say?
The Oracle are a simpler form of Tarot cards, where you translate intuitively, rather than following a set process, and where guidance or messages come from looking at the card itself.It’s informal, relaxed and as it’s your party, you invite the guests, pop out a few nibbles, maybe even a bottle of wine, and I’ll supply the instructions ahead of time, bring the cards and guide you through the night.
Any day will work, and afternoon parties can be fun, but a get together in the evening helps set the mood, for working with mystical energies.

Crazy Kids Mindful Meditation
Group Session Ages 7 to 9 yrs & 10 to 13 yrs
45 Minutes
Following simple guidelines for each 'Themed’ interactive session, this program provides kids with additional skills to:
- Add to their everyday resilience
- See the connection within the world, (which is more than what we see with our eyes)
- Form a better understanding of self-awareness and protection
- Understand simple tools for setting boundaries and respect for themselves and others
- ‘Bubble’ themselves from the daily knocks we all experience and negative vibrations or energy.
Plus as an added bonus, each session has a surprise activity, where exploring the world of crystals, tune into their artistic flair, have some fun with essential oils or learning about the energy within, makes it lot's-a-fun for everyone!
